Personalised & Tailored Development
Coaching is a personal journey of development that takes a minimum of 6 months. It is focused on the leader’s personal work objectives, capitalising on their strengths, addressing beliefs that hold them back and overcoming obstacles so as to reach their highest potential at work. Coaches use a variety of tools and techniques to provide different perspectives for client-driven strategies, and then ensure actions are developed and implemented to produce positive changes.
Coaching assumes that the client is the expert of their own career / leadership / life preferences and goals. The coach’s role is to draw out the client’s expertise through inquiry, curiosity, feedback and challenge. A coach will help the clients stretch into their best self, taking into consideration the client’s physical, emotional and cognitive state. Overall, a coach will empower their clients to think for themselves, make informed decisions and take action.
Our Coaching Services
Individual Coaching
This coaching is one to one and allows the leader to work directly with a coach on those areas that will make a difference for them specifically.
Group Coaching
This coaching is for leaders with similar objectives. They may work in the same organisation, at similar levels, but not necessarily working together. They will gain from hearing ideas from other leaders experiencing similar challenges as them during the coaching.
Team Coaching
This coaching is for a leadership team or for a leader with their intact team. They will work on team related issues with the objective of becoming a more unified, high performing team with a common understanding of the way forward together.

Assessing Needs
JET will take the time to understand the requirements for the coaching assignment as well as the personality of the leader to be coached (coachee). The most appropriate coaches will be presented to the coachee for consideration as their coach.
JET partners with coaches across the Globe to provide diverse perspectives and language capabilities.
Chemistry Checks
Two coaches will meet with the coachee separately to discuss what is important for the coachee in this coaching journey and discuss their approach. This allows for the coaches to determine if they can support the coachee and the coachee to decide if they want to work with one of these coaches. This is a journey and both parties need to feel a level of chemistry that will allow for genuine interactions and lead the coachee to success.
Objective Alignment
Through Stakeholder meetings, the coach will understand the manager’s priorities as well as the coachee’s behaviours from other perspectives. A leadership assessment (self completed or a 360) will support building greater awareness of the strengths and challenges faced. The first session will bring all this information together to allow for alignment of the company objectives with the objectives of the coachee.
Certifications & Experience
All of the coaches JET partners with, have official coaching certifications. They are experienced coaches with testimonials as to the impact they have made with the leaders they have worked with.
They also have relevant experience in leadership positions across diverse industries. This allows them to relate to the desires and challenges the coachees discuss.
