Building Competencies and the Right Mindset
JET develops soft skills through customised workshops based on the needs of each company. The main focus of these workshops is to develop leadership capabilities, build core interpersonal relationship skills across the whole organisation and ensure everyone has the right mindset and confidence to achieve great results.
JET offers in-house workshops only. To ensure the most optimal outcomes JET will:
- Discuss the training needs with the Learning and Development team
- Develop a programme to match the needs of your company
- Pre-work may be provided to build an understanding of the topics before the workshop
- An assessment may be recommended to support the learning
- The workshop will be experiential and engaging to ensure full participation and highest retention of the learning
- Materials will be shared as soft-copies after the training to support a sustainable environment with the additional learnings and actions created during the workshop included into the materials
- Follow-up learning circles are recommended to ensure the learning is implemented in the workplace and a change in behaviour occurs to positively impact results

Trusted Advisor in the Financial Industry
These workshops have been developed to transform finance team members and leaders into trusted advisors to guide in a disruptive, digitally-driven world.
These courses are recognised by the Singapore Institute of Banking and Finance, under the Financial Training Scheme (FTS) and are eligible for FTS claims up to 90% funding, subject to all eligibility criteria being met.
